Welcome to my little corner of creativity! I’m excited to introduce you to my shop, where I pour my heart and soul into everything bridal. My name is Dorene Vandermeer, and I’ve had the incredible opportunity to serve brides around the world through my company, Unveiled Bridal Designs, which I founded in 2004. Although that chapter has now closed, it has been a journey filled with beautiful love stories and memories!

In addition to designing, I’ve enjoyed teaching on Craftsy since 2012 with my course, "Vintage-Inspired Veils for the Modern Bride." After retiring from full-time design work, I decided to focus on sharing my passion for bridal craftsmanship through teaching and creativity. That's how my YouTube channel, Dorene's DIY Bridal, was created! With over 30 years of experience, I guide you in making beautiful bridal accessories, hats, and veils, encouraging every bride to embrace her unique style.

This shop is an extension of that vision. Each pattern and product I offer has been thoughtfully created with you, the bride, in mind. I love to break away from traditional norms and explore new, exciting bridal options, helping you craft one-of-a-kind pieces that truly express your personality.

My hope is that you’ll find inspiration in these patterns to create amazing heirloom pieces that can be cherished for generations.
