Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase! We strive to provide the best quality downloadable patterns and bridal items. Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once the purchase has been completed. Please look over the detail of each it thoroughly. On the patterns and guides please make sure that you are able to print in the American standard sizes of: 8.5" X 14" and 8.5" X 11". We currently do not have printing sizes of international A4 sizes.

Printing:

Due to the nature of home and commercial printing, results may vary depending on your specific printer, ink, paper, and settings. While I provide the best guidance I can based on research and experience, I am unable to control or be responsible for variations that occur during the printing process. All pattern files are provided as-is, and I encourage you to review the printing tips included with your purchase for the best results.
