Thank you for your purchase! We strive to provide the best quality downloadable patterns and bridal items. Due to the digital nature of our downloadable sewing patterns, all sales are final once a purchase is completed and the digital file has been delivered. Please review the details of each item thoroughly before purchasing. For patterns and guides, please ensure that you are able to print in the American standard sizes of: 8.5" × 14" and 8.5" × 11". We currently do not offer international A4 print sizes.

Physical Copies: If your physical pattern copy arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bridalbydorene@gmail.com and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Printing: Due to the nature of home and commercial printing, results may vary depending on your specific printer, ink, paper, and settings. While we provide the best guidance possible based on research and experience, we are unable to control or be responsible for variations that occur during the printing process. All pattern files are provided as-is, and we encourage you to review the printing tips included with your purchase for the best results. Please note that all patterns are formatted for standard US letter sizes (8.5" × 11" and 8.5" × 14") — please confirm your printer supports these sizes before purchasing.
